What do you mean I look "out of place"?

Amil eeh?! This is Starr Brainard's online travel journal for her studies in Egypt. I have received a Boren Scholarship to study Arabic 06/2012 - 12/2012 (EEK!). This is my second time to Egypt on a government scholarship, and I look forward to more magnificent, frustrating, awkward, and life-changing experiences. Keep up with my latest adventures here.
